Alpha Helix publishes educational summaries of peptide research at alphahelix.health and on Instagram (@alphahelix.health). This policy covers the website, our emails and our Instagram integration: what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not collect health information.

Our Instagram integration

Our internal tool, Alpha Helix Desk, connects to our own Instagram professional account through Meta's Instagram API. It is used only by the Alpha Helix team. Through it we store:

We use this data only to publish our own posts and measure how they perform. We do not collect data about other Instagram users, and we do not share this data with anyone.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, social media publishing and AI-assisted drafting and review of our own posts. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention

We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Guide requests are kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation needs them, and deleted on request. Instagram tokens are deleted when the account is disconnected from Alpha Helix Desk.

Deleting your data

To have your data deleted, email privacy@alphahelix.health or send a direct message to @alphahelix.health on Instagram with the subject "Delete my data". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. To remove Alpha Helix Desk's access to an Instagram account, you can also go to Instagram Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove it there.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes on this page with a new date. Questions: privacy@alphahelix.health.
